Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Twinings tea bags biodegradable?
We are committed to sustainability. Our standard tea bags are made from plant-based materials and are industrially compostable, while our pyramid mesh bags are made from corn starch and are also biodegradable.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
