At Twinings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened tea tins or boxes in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
